I just switched to McCarthy after several years with a larger company. I was impressed with McCarthy from the start. Everyone I have dealt with is very professional and accommodating. The office staff worked with me to schedule a time that would coincide with the end of my last service. Jeff came out to give me a quote and explain how their inspections work and answered all of my questions. James was the technician that came out for the initial inspection and treatment. We had an excellent experience with McCarthy Pest and Termite Control Company. We called them out because we were concerned we might have a brown recluse spider problem, and they exceeded our expectations.
The technician was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of our questions, gave us a lot of valuable information about brown recluse spiders and other household pests, and never made us feel rushed.
Best of all, after a careful inspection, he was able to reassure us that we do not have a brown recluse infestation. That gave us tremendous peace of mind.
