The installation crew,Randy, Elizabeth and Christian, were absolutely the best. They worked together like a well oiled machine…no nonsense, knew exactly what to do, got the work done in a timely manner, left no mess behind, were polite and professional, and we are very pleased with the Pella product. There was an issue with a lock not working and a repair team was here in less than a week to fix the problem.
What an amazing experience from the beginning to the end!! We had over 30 windows to replace in our 3 story log home and Pella delivered!! Emile was the best no pressure salesman ever. He listened to what we wanted and never tried to pressure us into anything. I felt like he had our best interest at heart. The crews that showed up all week for the installation were phenomenal. Extremely professional, respectful and friendly!! They were constantly cleaning up and making sure all our things were protected inside and out. Our crews consisted of Eric, Randy, Nick, Elizabeth, Josh, Eugene, and Roman. They knocked it out of the park and went well above and beyond our expectations!! Ron and Rachel were a huge help from the office as well. I am in love with my new windows and have already ordered a new front door from Pella!!
This week I had the most pleasant company of three young men installing the Pella windows in our home. I can't say enough about these three, Brycent, Trey1 and Trey2. I used the numbers so they would know which Trey I was talking to. They were so polite, efficient, mannerly, and just a joy to be around. They cleaned up every room, picked up all the scraps. The three were such gentleman. I had trust and faith in them that I could leave the house to them while going to town. I can't say enough about this crew. I appreciated how they worked together. I suppose I should say what I think about the windows, lol. My answer to that is, like the crew, certainly not enough. I absolutely love these windows! They are beautiful inside and out! Both the bottom and top pull in when cleaning them. The windows are designed to raise as far as I want, or, just enough to open at a predetermined point to discourage entry. They are not only attractive, serves the purpose well, but sooo easy for me to open them. That is a great point for me. I'm very happy I chose this company, Pella, to install my much needed windows. This company and its crews are so courteous, informative, and will surely go the length to satisfy a customer. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks Pella, Brycent, Trey1 and Trey2!
