“Goodlife Home Renovations is such a great company! We recently contracted them to do a massive amount of work on our house here in Springfield, Mo. We had water damage, unfinished leaking basement, broken this and that, you name it! They addressed all the issues causing leaking and water damage to our basement, they poured new concrete in the front and back of our house, they extended our roof and built two porches, they did a full gutting and remodeling of our 2 existing bathrooms that were leaking, they waterproofed and finished our 1,400 sqft basement, adding 2 new bedrooms and 1 master bathroom. They did everything to such a high standard and exceeded our expectations. They are extremely knowledgeable and so kind. We had workers coming and going for months and they ALL treated us and our home with respect. We feel like we've made friends for life with these amazing people! They are worth every dollar! We couldn't be happier!“

“My sliding glass door out of my basement had always been drafty, never shut right, let the bugs in and the screen part was completely destroyed, all this when I moved in. Then I put a rock through it accidentally while mowing. I called Pro Windows and Doors and they were out there the next day to assess and give me options. They understood that I had limited funds and gave me a fair price that had no hidden fees, and held to it. The price they quoted me was the price I paid. Their installers were so polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, they cleaned up every little speck, even washing my floor where they had dropped some caulk. The door they installed had no air leaks, sealed perfectly and I no longer have to worry about waking up to bugs all over my floor. Wonderful experience. Will definitely contact them again for future projects. Highly recommend.“

“David was really friendly and I enjoyed hanging out with him as he evaluated my screens, and then again as he installed the new ones several weeks later. We did have some snafus that prevent me from giving a 5-star review.

Initially, I asked for an estimate for both fiberglass and aluminum screens. I was promptly given both, and before David left my house on that estimate day, I told him I wanted aluminum. He told me to call in a few weeks to kind of remind him about the project and see that he is working on it. This seemed odd to me; why does a customer need to remind a business to do a job that he is presently requesting?

I waited a few weeks, then called. The front desk person said they had never put in the work order because they were awaiting my confirmation. I thought I had already communicated that I wanted the job done, but apparently they didn't perceive it that way. No problem; I again requested the work, and again emphasized that while I had gotten estimates for both fiberglass and aluminum, I wanted the aluminum.

On the day of install, I received a call from David. His guys had installed fiberglass. David apologized and offered me a discount on the fiberglass if I was okay keeping it. I said I wanted aluminum, as originally requested. David said no problem and gave me a new install date. He came out on that date with the new aluminum screens and installed them.

I'm not sure if I would recommend Window Dudes for something as simple as screen replacement. David seems like a genuinely great guy, and the business seems disorganized. Unless you are wanting something more involved than screen replacement, I am not sure there is anything unique enough about Window Dudes to recommend them over another business.“
