My first time here and I am so impressed! I brought a big expensive quilt that had a large ink stain that I thought was impossible to remove but amazingly they got it out! On top of that everyone was so nice 😊 A nerve wracking situation but I was so relieved. 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve been using Vogue for quite a few years…practically every week, and have always been treated well & received excellent, quality service. I have been working away from Springfield for the last few years, but make the trip to Vogue each week because I know my clothes will turn out perfectly.
The management has went above and beyond for me. I could not ask for better customer service and all around better people working at this location. I have been using their services for many years. They have never missed a beat to make sure I was happy and fully satisfied. Above & beyond service is an under statement. 5 stars!!
