I’ve been going to TBF for a few years now and I just wanted to brag on Karmen! I don’t get my hair done that often, but she makes every appointment better than the last. She’s always confidently showing her knowledge, and I appreciate the love she pours into her craft. I follow her on Instagram (s/o @colored.by.karmen) and she’s always posting what she’s doing behind the chair that week; there’s something new everyday and it’s all so beautiful. She (and her work) is such an inspiration! She works so hard and I’m so proud to be her friend! <3

Best Salon Ever!!!! I have been with this salon since I moved to Springfield in 2008! I always get compliments on my color, if its blonde, brunette or any color in between! I have seen Serena and Becca! Highly recommend!

I found The Beauty Factory on Instagram and loved their vibe, so I booked with them. They match you with a stylist, and I even took the quiz for fun (and still got my pick!). Their questions were super thoughtful, like how I fill my social battery and what I wish stylists knew about me. My consultation was easy, and my stylist was ready when I arrived. The space is gorgeous--plants, scents, no receptionist, just my stylist waiting for me. During the service, I felt super cared for, and my hair turned out better than expected!
