I have been a homeowner for almost 20 yrs.
Dan has always kept my heat and air running. He has very fair prices but what is most valuable is how he will save your equipment if at all possible and keep it running so you don't have to be under the gun to buy brand new if it is at all possible. Big companies will be more likely to sell you new equipment under duress even if they could have fixed your equipment and it could run a little longer while you are able to prepare to buy new equipment. He has worked on two other homes in our family and we have all had positive outcomes.
I have used Spencer HVAC for years on multiple jobs. I highly recommend their services. They have done regular home service and mini split installs for me and I couldn’t be happier with the price or service.
