She did an excellent job. And they are open on Saturday. And they are not overpriced. The couple that owns and runs the shop are so pleasant. I'm soon on my way back to Texas but if I needed anything else tailored while in Springfield I will most definitely make a bee line here. My dress was literally dragging the ground and now the hem is just right. Thank you Alterations Unlimited.

I was in town for a memorial service of a great friend and my zipper on the dress I was wearing broke. I called Karen and she said she could do an emergency repair. These women saved the day! My whole zipper needed to be replaced and they did it in less than 30 minutes and I made it to say my farewells to a dear friend. I cannot thank this business enough for their gracious heart and fast but professional work. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!
