I've been using Rumble for over a year. I've been very satisfied with every appointment to treat for bugs, spiders and ants. Every staff member, on the phone or technician, has been very friendly and goes above expectations.
We had a terrible and sudden wasp and hornet problem as adjacent properties were tearing down decks and removing trees and vegetation. Our technician Robert went the extra mile to locate underground hornet nest as well as wasp nests in our eaves in extreme heat. Thank you!!
Rumble has the best service I have experienced. My husband did not understand who they were or what the technician wanted and told him nothing was to be done. Once I returned home and he told me what he had done, Stephanie worked with me to get notes put on our account to make sure this would not happen again. Our technician was also gracious enough to return the same day and treat the yard as originally planned. So grateful that these people work for Rumble.
