We moved in with Roza recently and are loving it and having the best experience! They have always been transparent and helpful throughout the move in process and even worked with us to move in early due to our leases being a week apart. There are many predatory leasing companies in downtown Springfield but Roza is 100% safe for any college student. Not to mention the unit we moved into is extremely clean and nice! The communication we have received has been unmatched and we have not had to reach out for anything due to them being so awesome. 10/10 recommend to everyone!
I have loved working with Roza Homes! They make you feel as if you’re apart of a family like community! They also have fun contests where you can earn cash prizes. I remember during Christmas time we were having a contest to see who could decorate their home the best and whoever won, won $200. It truly just makes the experience fun and lets you know that they want to get to know their renters. They also give tons of tips on different ways to save money or space on their Instagram! I’ve lived with Roza Homes for two years and I truely have had the best experience with this agency. Not only are the apartments and duplexes exactly what is marketed/extremely nice, but the staff and maintenance at Roza Homes are fantastic, flexible, and you can tell they actually care about their residents. I will certainly miss living with this kind of management
