The people who work here have been absolutely crisis savers! Within a month ny husband was able to close on two deals, both of which we were very very close to losing because of issues with our previous lenders. Love working with IPLE! Weston, Rachel, and the rest of the team do a great job communicating and getting properties to the closing table. I trust them with multiple deals at one time and they always follow through. Highly recommend using them on any investment loans you have!!
