I love Roza homes they are so awesome, moved into 1345 E cherry and they have been nothing but TERRIFIC! Very easy to get ahold of if you ever need anything, and our property is super great. They do a great job with housing!

I've rented through other property managers in the downtown Springfield area and none of them compare to Roza. Anytime I put in a maintenance request, they are on it the day of or the day after. The residence I rented was in excellent shape and well taken care of inside and out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Rosa homes was such a great company to rent from in college! They were always very fair and honest. Repairs were very quick and they were always helpful if we needed anything! If you’re a college student definitely consider Roza Homes!!
