We had a leak in our basement from the main water line. When I called and spoke with Blake he was efficient and was able to get Adam out to take a look at it. He assured me I was in good hands and gave me Adam’s background so that I would confident I was having the right person evaluate the issue. After taking to both guys about the issue we knew what we needed to do to have it fixed. Later in the day I made the decision to have it fixed and Blake was ready to get the job done. I informed him that I had to leave my house by 2:00pm and he assured me that wouldn’t be an issue pending no major issues once they got down to the leak. If I could give Blake and Kelby a 10 I gladly would. Blake came out to see what the issue was and actually listened to me. He based his diagnosis on what he heard. Kelby came out with the equipment needed to do the job which I expected would take all day. He had it done in a few short hours and it turned out to be exactly what Blake thought it would be. I thought their pricing was reasonable. I would use them again.
This team is professional, kind, and demonstrate great craftsmanship. Adam, Josh, and Anna all were great to communicate with and always kept me in the loop. When they quoted I didn't feel like it was "good enough, better, and best" but instead gave us the "better and best" options at a completely fair price and now I have the peace of mind that this part of my home will be working great for as long as we live here and longer. Absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter and specifically Adam N to keep it fair and do it right.
