I had a circuit in my house that would randomly cause multiple outlets to cease providing power. I stumbled upon Rick's listing and gave him a call. He was in the middle of a larger job, and didn't think he would be able to make it out to my house anytime soon, but unforeseen circumstances freed him up enough to tend to my issue.
Rick came out to my house, I explained the issue and what I had done to diagnose it (as a non-electrician home-owner), and he knew exactly what to do. Rick is the absolute best. Not only did this man spend time on the phone to help me diagnose a problem, he was kind and patient. Im a type 1 diabetic so I know I can be a lot when im frustrated.
I will use RLB Electric for every issue I have from this day forward.
When other companies show they are open 24 hours, they told me they dont have any one working so they cant help, I would have had to wait until tomorrow, its 15 degrees outside. So they would have left me in the cold all because they wanted google visibility. These other companies couldn't compare at all to the kindness I was show by Rick.

Rick is super reliable, genuinely trustworthy, and clearly passionate about quality. He explains options in plain language, keeps you informed, and treats customers with respect. When he says he’ll do something, he does it right and on time. I’d gladly call Rick again for any future electrical needs and have already recommended him to others.
