Amazing experience working with Shawn. He customized a new computer just for our needs. All I had to do was tell him what I wanted to do with it and he helped me figure out exactly what I needed and what I didn’t. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and we never hesitate to refer our friends, family, and clients to him. He has saved me on more than one occasion from having to replace a computer, and instead made upgrades that made my pc better than new.

*PLEASE READ* I have been having intermittent internet issues. The internet has been consistently dropping out after switching to 1GB data and new modem instead of the ISP's modem/router combo. Due to getting nowhere with the modem/isp customer service, I decided to call Sean Michael with Rethink, and he helped tremendously. Super nice and very knowledgeable. He was willing to suggest a modem that he trusts and even next steps if that didn't fix my issue. We did have to end up installing a new coax from the home to modem and are still having the issue, but he has been more help than I had been getting from the ISP or NetGear.
