Amazing service and valuable knowledge. Friendly and willing to work with time, if you need to wait a bit to pay for it Ken is very reasonable. Any questions I had would be met with a true honest breakdown. Will be returning anytime I have issues with my pc!
Ken was so great to work with! I had a new laptop that crashed and unfortunately we could not salvage it or recover my files but I had another laptop with a cracked screen that was exactly like the crashed one, so he swapped out the screen for me and we at least salvaged one laptop! Very friendly, very efficient and fast service. Would highly recommend and will use him again.
I had an old Dell with Windows 7 that was just going belly up; wouldn't load, kept disconnecting, soooo slow. tried everything to try to keep it going but nothing worked. Finally took it to Ken. He checked it out and confirmed it had outlived its usefulness. Just so happened he had a modern refurbished Dell with Windows 11 he let me have at a VERY VERY reasonable price; cheaper than any refurbished laptops on Amazon. The one he sold me is amazing! Excellent shape, like new. Ken knows his stuff when it comes to computers....I'd call him the Computer Guru, or the Laptop Whisperer.
