Windows had to be ordered, which took a little time. However, when they arrived, they were installed within a week. Took around 1 day & 1/2 to install because they had to order some additional parts. My windows are in a 1996 double wide & they were replacing the original windows. The old windows were very hard to remove, but the installer took his time.. he did a very good job; he was very detail oriented & the windows show it!
Clint (owner) was very friendly & helpful; with no high pressure sales. I felt like he gave me a good price & beautiful windows! I would recommend them.
My sliding glass door out of my basement had always been drafty, never shut right, let the bugs in and the screen part was completely destroyed, all this when I moved in. Then I put a rock through it accidentally while mowing. I called Pro Windows and Doors and they were out there the next day to assess and give me options. They understood that I had limited funds and gave me a fair price that had no hidden fees, and held to it. The price they quoted me was the price I paid. Their installers were so polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, they cleaned up every little speck, even washing my floor where they had dropped some caulk. Clint and his crew are great. We did not have the easiest install and they still knocked it out in a day.
The windows are such a huge improvement over what we had previously and very competitively priced. We are looking forward to the cool, peace, and quiet.
