Called NAV Restoration for a smaller repair that I needed done and thought I'd have wait a long time because I'd experienced this before with another contractor - smaller jobs take lower priority. Jake called me same day and wanted to come look at it. He arrived on time and after reviewing the job, he fixed it on the spot! I am beyond impressed with Jake and his associate Kyle.
