I’ve had my MacBook Pro for several years and recently found myself in a mess. By chance, a friend of mine was praising Nick from Mo Macs on her fb page, so, I called him right away. He listened to my rambling and assured me he could help. I made an appointment and was very pleased! He once again listened, didn’t make me feel like a rambling nut and ran the diagnostics. I received an email and a call and was amazed with the estimate and time frame. When I stopped in to pick it up, Nick went above and beyond! He sat patiently with me and showed me things I could do to prevent future issues and let me know I could call anytime with questions! Such a blessing!
