I was completely comfortable talking to Joe regarding changing my Medicare supplemental. He was patient and never seemed annoyed about reexplaining any detail. Didn’t feel any pressure to go for a more expensive plan. Seemed a nice guy!

Very friendly, Chris informed me of several programs that I knew nothing about. He got me signed up for those programs and turns out I will be getting more money from my Social Security.
