I loved my experience at the Springfield location! I was very nervous about getting LASIK, but the employees were so kind. They took their time to answer questions and make sure I was ready for the procedure. I was not expecting how big of a change it would be. Honestly, getting LASIK is life changing. Being able to see every time I wake up is indescribable. Thank you to the Missouri Eye Institute!
I'm only giving a 4 because he was an hour late for my appointment and couldn't give me an answer to my problem stemming from cataract surgery. BUT, he's very concerned and set me up for a second opinion. Bad part is, it's 2 months away.
I appreciate Dr. Jansen and his staff for their helpful and competent care. I think they are at the top of their profession. I would recommend Missouri Eye Institute to everyone needing vision care.
