I'm only giving a 4 because he was an hour late for my appointment and couldn't give me an answer to my problem stemming from cataract surgery. BUT, he's very concerned and set me up for a second opinion. Bad part is, it's 2 months away.
I appreciate Dr. Jansen and his staff for their helpful and competent care. I think they are at the top of their profession. I would recommend Missouri Eye Institute to everyone needing vision care.
Doctor Osborn performed my original double cataract surgery to correct astigmatism with nearsightedness using the Toric lens system. I have been ecstatic with the entire team attending at Missouri Eye institute and although I am needing a tuneup to remove the scar tissue that has formed from my surgery, I fully understand that it will only take a few minutes to use laser technology to remove the scars permanently. Thank you for all you have done for me Doctor Osborn and Missouri Eye Institute from a US Navy Veteran ❤️??
