Dr. Byrappa is a great doctor. I started seeing him a couple months ago when I moved to Springfield. He took his time to get to know me in the appointments I've had with him. He didn't push any medication on me that I didn't want and wanted my opinion on what would help me. I have anxiety seeing doctors to the point my blood pressure is high when I first get there but came down after the appointment. He has even tried his best to comfort my anxiety with medication. My husband has his first appointment with him this week. He doesn't like doctors to much but I have great confidence that he will like Dr. Byrappa 😊

Beware. This company has no standardization when it comes to billing. They bill based on the whims of whoever happens to be in front of the computer that day. I went through the headache of disputing a bill for a service that was never requested or given. It took weeks of waiting and calls to learn that no, in fact they would not be refunding us for this service that was never provided in the first place. If you are looking for a prescription, I recommend using an online prescription provider to cut out the middleman and save yourself time and money. Best of luck to you.

I’ve been going to this clinic for 14 years and had no problems. They have a new office manager who has harassed me for months and is a big bully! She said she could kick me out at any point and she finally got her wish. I would never recommend going to that clinic. There is a lot more that went on and I could write a book but I don’t want retaliation. Which will probably happen after I post this.

I have been going here for years and I love it! I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. Some people are just never pleased. My advice is to go there and form your own opinion. I highly recommend this place!

Not sure about the bad reviews. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Was seen by Dr Byrappa and he is outstanding. Took the time to talk about my past medical history and my current medical needs. I would highly recommend Dr Byrappa and this Mercy Clinic location.

The bad reviews are completely accurate. The least helpful doctor I've ever seen. She seems very bitter and I'm assuming it's because I have Medicaid.

I usually go to the one on west sunshine. The staff is very friendly at that one and the main doctor is great. This one however is a different vibe all together. I will wait the extra couple hours next time to go to the one I usually go to.
