Really happy that I trusted Lorenz with my A/C. It was $1000 to $1500 cheaper than competition. Staff was extremely professional and friendly. They even cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again when needed. Thanks Lorenz! Money well spent.
After purchasing my home, I decided to upgrade to a 95% efficiency Trane HVAC system. Kevin and Joe came to do the work as scheduled. They were very polite and knowledgeable, I am happy with the system and that I chose Lorenz. Thanks also to Alicia who has taken care of the scheduling, billing and sending the warrantee information off to Trane. She is a delight and made everything flow smoothly.
