Kelly Dental Of Springfield

I went in to talk to them about my bite that was off by other dentist that i was is massive pain. I spoke with doc mac. He agreed that my bite was off and needed attention. He told me to go to an oral surgen to see what they said and to come back so I could establish care at Kelly dental. I did what he told me. After my appointment with the oral surgen I called to make an appointment to go back to kelly dental. I made my appointment then the front desk even called me back to make sure I went to the oral surgen as requested. Which i did. I arrived to my appointment to be seen by Dr Kelly. He did an examination and basically told me the pain was in my head that I needed to see a therapist. I asked Dr Kelly what a therapist has to do with dental care. He didnt seem to like to be questioned. I told him about my appointment with Dr Mac and he told me that Dr Mac never said what we had discussed. Which I asked if Dr Mac could come into the examination room to discuss the situation and Dr Kelly didnt like that either. So he told me I wasnt a good for the clinic and told me to leave. He litterally walked me out. After this appointment another dentist actually listened to me and we got most the situation taken care of. I eneded up having to have my back molar taken out becouse the way other dentist adjusted my teeth it left the back molar hitting hard to where it was moving. I even told the dentist i went to about this situation they said it was unprofessional and uncalled for. I hope Dr Kelly listens to other patients better than he did me and try not to be the way he was with them. It was a horrible feeling knowing I was in bad shape then a Dr that we should trust told me I needed therapy that it was all in my head. As far as Dr Mac goes I hope he is more honest in his practice instead of denying what he said. The experience i had at kelly dental is something I hope no one ever has to deal with. I got walked out by a Dr that didnt even diagnose me right. I hope this practice humbles themselves to correct how they treat patients. I understand they are the Professionals yet us as patients knows our bodies and pain. I didnt need therapy I needed an actual Professional doctor. Im glad I found them.

Update. I ended up having to have a back molar removed plus a tooth with root canal removed which I may have nerve damage becouse of what I went through. Plus I have a class three malocclusion that dentist wasn't marking my teeth correctly with articulating strips including Dr Kelly. A patient with a class three malocclusion should be sitting at 90 degrees. If not the articulating paper will give false marks. The past dentist was not marking and adjusting my teeth correctly. It doesn't seem like many dentist work on class three malcolussions correctly. Dr Kelly read the articulating marks wrong then said i needed therapy becouse the pain is all in my head. I hope Dr Kelly continues to educate himself in class three malcolussions so he doesnt misdiagnose someone else.

Shout out to the kelly dental staff thank you. They did my wisdom teeth extraction and bro it was tough. They powered through and took great care me. Appreciate y'all thank you stay up and stay blessed.

My dentist had retired and i needed a new dentist. I’m 63 and was hesitant of finding a new place.
Kelly Dental treated me with dignity, respect and very nice and polite. Very honest and thorough exam with the latest high tech equipment.

Got three teeth pulled by Casey and Dr. Mcmahan. They were stupid fast and efficient and I actually didn't feel any pain at all

Our son had a sledding accident where our son's tooth popped right ouot. Dr. Kelly made sure that he was taken care of and was super gentle, understanding, and knowledgable on the situation and how to handle it. He even went over a plan to make sure everything goes smoothly as time goes on with his tooth. Highly recommend reaching out for any needs you have!

Great dental team, went in for a cleaning and they were able to get me a root canal and two fillings done same day. Beyond thankful for a non judgmental experience

I’ve had the best experience here at Kelly Dental. After not going to the dentist for 5 years out of fear this place has changed my opinion. The staff are so nice and understanding and they make sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. My most recent visit with them I had to get quite a few fillings and even tried a new treatment to prevent cavities. They had someone go over pricing with me to make sure that I knew the cost and my payment options. I had let them know that I was anxious about getting the procedure and they were happy to help me find the best treatment to calm my anxiety. On the day of the procedure I had nothing but a great experience with the Doctor and all of the staff because of how transparent and kind they are. I could not recommend this place enough!!!!

Team was great and Dr Chase was very throughall. Provided a treatment plan and all the estimated costs with various payment options. Location was easy to get to and facility was clean and well designed.

Very professional and kind, easy, relaxed environment. An actual good dental experience.
