About Jordan Valley Health - Springfield Grand
Jordan Valley Health – Springfield Grand offers a wide range of services. The women’s and children’s clinic has a pediatrician who is friendly, patient, and informative. Most patients report good service and the wait is not terribly bad. One reviewer noted a problem with phone service; they were told to bring a child in for a possible injury, but after examination the child was sent to the ER. The doctor was nice, but the phone gave wrong information, wasting time. The center also provides dental, vision, primary care, Express care, pain management, and an onsite lab and radiology department. Front staff always have a smile and are ready to talk. When an appointment was misdirected from the Tampa location to the Grand location, a receptionist listened and rescheduled a 4 p.m. slot after discussing the medical issue with the doctor. Patients appreciate the helpful, caring staff and the center’s willingness to work with them.
Our kids pediatrician is at the women's and children's clinic. We've never had bad service. The wait isn't terribly bad. My only complaint isn't even about the clinic it is the phone service. We called ahead asking if we should bring our little one in or take him to the ER after a fall for potential stitches. We were told we could absolutely bring him into the clinic and after examination we were sent to the ER. The Dr was nice, patient and informative but I wish I hadn't been told over the phone the wrong information, and wasted our time with going in.
Kaylee Villasenor thank you for the care you gave to me. I felt like she lessen to me when I had a concern and she made me feel comfortable. And the lady's in the front always had a smile on their face and loved to talk.

I had gotten told over the phone that I was supposed to go to the Tampa location for a 3pm appointment. When I got there got informed that I had the appointment at the grand location and that the appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm,had to get transported to the grand location, when I got to the location Ashley one of the receptionists, listened to me and helped me get in the schedule for a 4pm appointment by talking to the doctor and seeing that it was a med issue they got me in. Love that they work with you. Keep going Ashley your amazing 🙂↕️
