Integrity Home Care + Hospice - Springfield

I’m so thankful for Integrity Home Health and Hospice! My husband had the very best care after he needed a little help extra help after open heart surgery. His home health care team were amazing at meeting his needs and they were very knowledgeable of what he required. We loved his nurse and team! Thank you Integrity!

My brother is a client with Integrity, and while most staff members were nice enough, some were down right rude. The staff in general was not knowledgeable of what other staff was doing/had done. One staff would call/message saying one thing then 10 mins later a different staff would call saying something totally opposite. I often asked for help with my brother that seemed to fall upon deaf ears. When it was too much for me to handle, I asked for help with placement in a nursing facility. I would like to say thank you for all that you do.these folks helped with the care of my oldest, dearest friend (since 1978)Shelly and her trainee Hailie S., Lanay in Social Services, and the Chaplin Michael done a fantastic job and I can not thank them enough, If ever needed i will defiantly use and recommend you.
