I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. My elderly dog has been a patient there for several years. Each visit experience is consistently amazing. From the check-in staff, to the technicians, to doctors themselves. All professional, courteous, kind, and - most importantly - empathic. My dog has several unique medical needs and the staff are always understanding and patient with her. I would recommend this hospital to any of my friends or family.
I highly recommend this veterinary clinic . Our dog died just prior to her vet appointment at a different veterinary clinic. My brother recommended Hometown Clinic for cremation. They were absolutely wonderful. Very kind and caring during a difficult time. If you're looking for a place that's caring this is it.
They truly care about you and your pets. Found them around the beginning of 2020, and the only other vet we visit is the emergency vet when Hometown is closed. They do their best to provide top-tier care while being upfront about pricing and trying to help keep costs down. If you're looking for the best in the Springfield area, IMO, you've found them.
