I was super nervous going in however it was super quick and the hospitality was incredible. Being a first timer to get glasses I felt well informed about my eye health and the price for was perfect!!!
I called mid afternoon to schedule an appointment for some safety glasses. I was extremely surprised when I got in the same day right after work! The entire Heffington staff was absolutely phenomenal and was very professional. I most definitely will be back!
Originally I was referred to get my son Lasik but I spoke with another doctor today and was explained in detail the risks and benefits in a very professional courteous manner and I was able to make an informed decision as well as it was advised to get a second opinion by the optometrists which is just the kind of professionalism I'm looking for. Yeah them people are great and will be my first choice in Springfield.
