Springfield Family Vision offers excellent and professional service, with a friendly and caring team led by Dr. Katie. They are experienced in providing quick solutions, such as supplying emergency contact lenses during a vacation. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful when assisting with frame and lens selection, ensuring they meet the customer's needs. Their concern for aging eyes and commitment to providing suitable advice and care have earned them loyal customers.
My daughter’s first time trying contacts didn’t go so well but Darci was AMAZING and kept her calm. Entire staff is amazing but big shout out to Darci for being exceptional and so patient and kind.
They are lovely & very nice people. A VSP yearly exam does not fully cover the exam costs, as they were kind enough to explain.
Darci was amazing with my 5 year old, so patient, kind, and made the whole experience fun. Dr. Katie was very thorough with the exam and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Springfield Family Vision for anyone with young kids!
