I have so much to say about this dentist office but I will make this short and sweet. Ashley, Dr. Durbin and the rest of the crew literally went out of their way to help me today. I had a filling come out (not one done by him) in a root canal tooth. I was frantic trying to figure out what I was going to do to avoid excruciating pain. My insurance changed recently so I tried to go to a slide scale dental office (I do not recommend) but after being completely dismissed and told I would pay the full amount and NOT get it filled today. I’ve been to many different dentist and this is my favorite one. Entire staff is extremely friendly, and understanding. I never feel judged by the team and they are amazing at explaining all the processes and coming up with a plan that fits me best!
I have been going to the Dental Office for 25 years.
Dr Durbin and Dr Thress are great providers. Its a fun office to visit. Lots if laughs which makes Dental procedures fun. Highly recommend.
