I've been going her for about 3 years now. I always love the friendly smile and they do a good job. But the last 2 times I have gone I've had a horrible experience. First time this lady messed my hair up really bad! She didn't even try to do what I asked or fix it when I said something! And then I went back thinking it might change. Went to get 3 of my kids hair cuts. The same person that cut my hair cut my daughter's hair. I was busy with my youngest getting his hair cut. And she didn't even ask what I wanted. I ran to her to tell her what I wanted. Then before I knew it my daughter was getting down. She didn't even ask if that was ok. So I asked if my daughter was happy...read full review

I thought I liked it but when I got home I had to fix my own hair like cut the long hairs off....so I give her props and also good tip for trying but it was a easy long layered cut and you cant really tell I got a hair cut.....? but she did try I just wish I could have someone else cut it... Unless it were made up by someone I probably wouldn't go back sorry.

Once you go to Great Clips, they know what you want and consistently provide it. Almost always friendly staff, the staff here was friendly and helpful. I'll be back and recommend this store to anyone needing a haircut.
