Gorman Scharpf is one of the best funeral homes in the Springfield area. They're very compassionate, understanding, and helpful when you're already going through so much. The couple of times I've had to reach out Andy was very helpful, respectful, and sincere to our situation. I didn't worry one bit. Heather was my angel during the process of losing my dad. The first time we went in, my whole family was there and they are talkers! She did a great job of letting them be them and still moving things along. She stayed in touch with me about what was going on. She treated my dad with the respect he deserved in death. She was kind, considerate, and got things done so efficiently. I hope I never see her again, but if the need arises, I’ll be coming here FOR SURE.
