However, some former clients have reported dissatisfaction with changes in service quality and longer wait times since the merging of locations. Overall, Eustasis aims to provide timely and compassionate mental health care, though experiences may vary among patients.
This place is a joke. I am appalled and how they run things. I called for 2 months to reschedule an appointment left several voicemails and it didnt matter what time of day never actually talked to anyone. 3 months later had the nerve to call and say I needed to come in for a refill. Tried to make an appointment and guess what no answer. This month was the first month I was actually able go talk to someone there so thats a total of 6 months.
Horribly unprofessional. Do not recommended. You can NEVER get ahold of anyone via phone during business hours. I have needed help with a prescription that was prescribed there, and have had no response for days. Went into the clinic to try and figure things out (because no one answers the phone), was told “no one here right now can help you with that”. It’s now going on a week with no help.
Amy is an extremely dismissive doctor. I went in to get help with what I was experiencing with my body aches, pain, and fatigue and without even evaluating me and the fact that I am postpartum, I have extremely bad mood swings and depressive episodes which all of them can 1000% cause someone to go through what I am she came in and told me she thought I was hallucinating it just because of my disorder. Last time I will ever go in and see her.
