Only for the fact the switchboard operator tabby is the only person who has gone above and beyond for me . Otherwise getting answers , asking for a transfer of psych dr it was sent to the wrong department and all anyone wanted to do was not answer or call back I went from 60mg of Prozac to nothing for 3 weeks because of a mistake in their end. But I was referred to crisis because I was crying for any one to understand
I’ve spent many years here many years ago. Something has happened to this place since 2020ish It’s gone way downhill because it’s about a nightmare to get anything done there anymore.
The woman that keeps answering the phone to schedule an appointment has minimal patience. You can hear her grinding her teeth with anger through the phone if you are (politely) confused.
I could write a pamphlet about this place!
Alright, here's what's up. The therapists you get are hit or miss but if at all possible, request one D. Wolf. She is fantastic at her job, has exceptional credentials and a solid background doing what she does. She is a remote worker and I've been seeing her for I can't quite remember how long but long enough and I hope to continue speaking with her.
She is probably one of the few people who can actually listen and give solid, genuine advice and guidance.
