I had a great experience at this tire shop. I stopped by with my semi truck because I needed help checking and adjusting my tire pressure. The staff was professional, friendly, and took care of it right away. What impressed me most was that they didn’t charge me anything for the service.
It’s rare to find businesses that are willing to help without expecting something in return. Their kindness, honesty, and excellent customer service have definitely earned my future business. I highly recommend this shop to any truck driver or anyone needing tire service. Thank you for your help!
We had an alignment issue due to loose sleeve bolts. When we took our camper to the dealer, they connected us to Lori. She is a hoot! We were in and out the next day. Driving our class A is fun again. I have a great place for my next alignment. The team is great and effective The cost was very fair. Thank you Crump Truck and Trailer Works!
Had brake problems with my 25 year old motorhome. Every one of the big chain truck shops always said no parts too old. Not Crumps truck and trailer repair. Called me back, got me in and replaced my brakes and seals and on the road again in a couple of days. Well worth the travel to Springfield Mo.
Sorry had to knock down my review, got to Carthage Mo. Drivers side rear axle grease is pouring out of whee. Stuck here until I can get it repaired. They made good on the repair so back up to the 5 star review was a hub gasket fail.
