This is by far the best car wash I know. The windows get so clean everything I don't even have to wipe it . Glass cleaner is the best I've ever had in my life vacuums and that blow thing the compressor thing that works beautifully I have three people in my family that I pay for of course but they all love it thanks for coming to Springfield. I'm seventy years old and there's a lot I can't do but this really works for me I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla and it looks beautiful like showroom New couldn't be more impressed. Lot attendants are always great and helpful they need a raise

This review goes to Brantley at the chestnut location in Springfield by west bypass. She was very sweet and was very calm, the card machine was having some malfunctions and she did a great job helping us get our was, going over and beyond the normal expectation at blue iguana car washes.

*Update* - Manager called & we was able to get it all straightened out. Very nice lady & she talked to me like a human & wasn't rude, standoffish or anything. Thank you for making it right..... Went thru the W Chestnut Expwy on Saturday 12/6. Guy in booth very pushy about a monthly subscription. I said no multiple times. Checked bank this morning & he charged me the $29.99 plus the $20 wash i wanted. I will never go back.
