100% recommend. This team was honest and transparent right from the start. They were also really great about communicating and making themselves available to help out when our AC went out during the hottest week of August. Instead of trying to upsell a whole new unit... they replaced they fan motor and got everything back up and running. I will absolutely call them again in the future if needed.
The fan motor our furnace/ac went out during the hot weather in early July. Called Hometown Heating in Sparta. They called back in a short time. They were here within an hour to check everything out. It took a couple days to get a new fan motor from their supplier. We appreciate that they kept us informed what was happening. Thanks Nathan and Josh for a job well done.
This company is amazing. They made three separate trips to my house to fix my heat during negative degree weather. They were very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend them!
