Frank came out to my house to check my system over, along with performing a tune-up wherever applicable. I was also having a problem with my thermostat intermittently losing power and shutting my system down for a brief moment. Frank informed me that this is problematic because its very hard on the compressor. It took about 30 minutes for him to check things included witht he tune-up, and only about 20 minutes thereafter to tell me why my system was briefly losing power. He installed a new signal wire from my condenser outside to my HVAC system, then from the HVAC system to my thermostat. He was very fast and worked very efficiently - something that seems to be less common nowadays. He also provided this print-out, listing all the details relavent to my system tune-up. From my knowledge, no one else in the HVAC business does this for their customers. His rates were very reasonable, which left plenty of room to add in a tip, which was well-earned simply because he earned it. I don't like to contract out any work on my home, but after using Frank for my HVAC needs, I won't even hesitate to call him for everything HVAC related in the future. If you're in the market for an HVAC professional, consider this my personal recommendation to ring Frank and tell me you don't feel the same!
