Zack has been going here for years. It started when Zuma had a mobile grooming truck and they came to our house. When they stopped doing the mobile grooming, we brought Zack to them in Smithville. They truly care about Zack and he loves going there. Being a labrador retriever, he can shed. Their de-shed service is great.!!! Zuma’s has always gone above and beyond for us and Zack. From his pictures, you could see how happy he is when he’s there!!!
I recommend Zuma wholeheartedly.
We took our Newfypoo to be groomed last week. She came back looking beautiful and they even sent me a picture mid day to let me know she was fine. I'm happy to have found her and will be returning.
My son and his wonderful wife went away for a weekend and my daughter was on dog patrol. I decided these three needed a spa day and we went to Zumas. This was my first time here, and they were great. The very professional staff and groomers took great care to make sure everything was perfect. My son and his wife were so pleased and amazed at how well the dogs looked. I was so impressed with the entire experience, from the communication with the staff to the attention to detail with the owner.
