If you are needing dental work, this is the place to go. I had 7 extractions done before I could get my uppers and I did not feel any pain whatsoever. I couldn’t believe how quick and painless it was. Dr. Stevens did a wonderful job and the whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
We have a new unit that we bought in 2023. Over the weekend it lost a part and wouldn't heat. I call them on Sunday and after a quick look online, he says he's coming out. The technician arrived 15 minutes before kickoff of Chiefs / Ravens AFC Championship.. With it all on the line, he comes out for a broken part.. What service! To me it feels like they showed up on not only a holiday weekend, but in the middle of the town fireworks display. He managed to get it sorted in the first quarter including parts paperwork and all. My son and his wonderful wife went away for a weekend and my daughter was on dog patrol. I decided these three needed a spa day and we went to Zumas. This was my first time here, and they were great. The very professional staff and groomers took great care to make sure everything was perfect. My son and his wife were so pleased and amazed at how well the dogs looked. I was so impressed with the entire experience, from the communication with the staff to the attention to detail with the owner. By the way the owner, Kristine, runs a great local business and is very supportive of her community, sponsoring several local athletic and academic clubs for Smithville. Overall, her team took such great care of these dogs and we will be back. Highly recommend. Thank you Kristine and your awesome team :)
