“We recently moved to Texas but our 13 years of experience with vets for our very medically complicated dog has made me realize what we are missing now that we can't make an appointment with Dr. Nelson at Eagle Animal, Liberty. Dr. Nelson always took the time to really examine and think about what she could try with our pup. She explained everything thoroughly and and walked us through tough decisions. While we worked most closely with Dr. Nelson the other vets in the practice were top notch, too. What sets this clinic apart from even the best vests in other locations is the techs and front office staff. Perhaps it was because we went do frequently, perhaps it's because we expected exceptional care, either way they hit the mark on every occasion. I saw one of the office staff out and about Kansas City and she knew who I was and asked about our dog, by name! That's the sort of relationship we had with this vet office. Any chance y'all want to move to Texas?!?!“

“After a misdiagnosis and consequent death of my beloved pug Sissy, we were in need of a better vet, a positive change in veterinary care. We asked around and decided to give this place a try. Honestly I wasn't sold at first because we were use to going to Gladstone Animal Hospital and they are not expensive. (You get what you pay for!) Amity Woods isn't cheap but if you are anything like my wife and I we love our pets, we rescue. The Amity Woods staff and our favorite Kevin Sambol are awesome and have been the best to our dear pets. I'd recommend this place to anyone who loves their animals and want to keep them healthy and happy. 6 stars for these people and this place.“

“The entire staff was wonderful! I took my sweet Bella in to get groomed (she did have to be sedated for her safety, which I knew) and they were all wonderful and kept me updated every step of the way on how she was doing! I can’t recommend Smithville Animal Hospital enough to anyone.“
