As we are obtaining quotes to replace our failed AC unit, Bill from Pence Heating and Cooling provided extensive information regarding Daikin and Trane HVAC systems. Sounds like Daikin is the way to go if money is not an issue.

AC went out in July. At night. It was a long night, but got in touch first thing and they were on it. Back up and running and cooling down by mid afternoon. Appreciate the quick and great service. Will be adding the regular maintenance plan now to keep on top of these things .
