Joe Riley is the best!! Great guy, I had issues with the body shop and Joe called me, helped me figure things out and took care of my car. I highly recommend Brad’s T&R especially if you’re lucky enough to have Joe help you.
A great experience from start to finish. I used my roadside assistance benefit through my insurance and Brad’s Towing was assigned to the request. Brian showed up before the given timeframe. He was extremely friendly, helpful and his truck was spotless.
Brad's Towing and Recovery was dispatched via my insurance company after another towing company cancelled on me after waiting for over 1.5 hours for them to arrive as they "did not have any units available any longer." ((it was Kidd's towing btw)) I was soo upset for wasting time and honestly just wanted to make it home! They then dispatched another company, which was Brad's! They showed up within the hour and even called me to clarify my location and inquire about what was going on with my vehicle. Thank you for being a reliable company when people are in need!
