“This resort is located right by the lake, nestle in the Ozark Mountains. It is beautiful, the property is gorgeous and the rooms are the same. However, they are very understaffed in the dining facility so if you go, pack your patience. We waited almost 3 hours for our dinner. The staff member, Destiny running the dining area looked overworked. She was sweet but you can tell she needed more than just herself carrying the load of the restaurant. Hilton, please hire some more workers so your guests do not have to wait 3 hours for their dinner. Other than that, we had a pleasant time. We especially enjoyed the sunset ride excursions that Michael and Rainy took us on with the pontoon.“
