We have been using Preferred Pest Control for over a year now. We like the service. Generally easy to work with. I’m only giving a 4 star review because we’ve had some appointments scheduled and cancelled due to employees not making it into work. I’ve had to call back to ask them to reschedule me again. The Doc was very thorough. I was having an issue where I was seeing double. She ran me through some tests and told me what she suspected. Turns out they could prescribe glasses that could tell my brain to do something different with my vision. IT WORKED! So thankful to her and her husband who was instrumental in fitting and placing the order for the special glasses. They look just like regular glasses but they have prisms in the lenses. We've had Shelton Siding Co. install all new windows and 3 exterior doors now. Their quality of work and professionalism is top notch! Would highly recommend them! They won't likely be the cheapest option around, but I've learned you get what you pay for!I'll take some pictures when I get a chance and upload them, as well.
I really appreciated Ron's Plumbing coming out today to fix our drain issue. The water in our rental's basement was 3-5 inches deep and there was sewage mixed in...yuck! I called Roto-Rooter's first and the guy was unwilling to fix the issue with the "interesting" plumbing that was currently available. Ron was more than willing to work with what we had and not only cleared the line of tree roots but got the water and gunk all cleared up. I really appreciated that he and his brother took the time to really explain to me what was going on, what needed to happen on this visit, and what they would recommend to be changed in the future to prevent it from happening again. 5 stars and will definitely call them again!
I was approved to adopt a dog, waiting by phone for their call. I called 5 days later, and was informed that my adoption request was sent to the board, and I was denied due to my boyfriend's dog not being on a heartworm medicine. There was a misunderstanding over the heartworm medicine. Lucy is my boyfriend's dog, I assumed she was on heartworm meds, she wasn't and made me look like a liar. The rescue & vet services are fantastic. I wish I had a little fur baby, I would drive from Maryville to use them. If I lived closer, and my boyfriend wasn't fighting cancer, I would have volunteered.
This is the only florist we use. They build excellent arrangements, have fair pricing, and are just a very kind family business. This is a treasured establishment in our community and we are lucky to have them. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I absolutely love this place. I have had my cat and small dog there for shots and just recently for my dog's eye ulcer. Call and got an appointment and upon arrival felt the love.. Doc explained the course of action. He also said to call anytime if I had a problem.Thank you and your staff for being warm and welcoming to 2 new patients.
