I was approved to adopt a dog, waiting by phone for their call. I called 5 days later, and was informed that my adoption request was sent to the board, and I was denied due to my boyfriend's dog not being on a heartworm medicine. There was a misunderstanding over the heartworm medicine. Lucy is my boyfriend's dog, I assumed she was on heartworm meds, she wasn't and made me look like a liar. The rescue & vet services are fantastic. I wish I had a little fur baby, I would drive from Maryville to use them. If I lived closer, and my boyfriend wasn't fighting cancer, I would have volunteered.

There the best at taking care of your animals. I live in N Kansas city and drive to St Joe for Angels to take care of my dogs. They saved my dog from parvo when he was a pup. Thank you.

Answered all my questions about getting my Star spayed in November. Going to call this morning for I can get her in. Poor kitty is so miserable when she goes in heat getting her done before she goes in heat. She is my baby.
