I wasn’t prepared for how long it took (just really tired, end of a long day among many) but after adjusting to the idea the experience was pretty relaxing, which isn’t common. Arrived 2nd in line just before 7pm, left after 11pm, but nobody was behind us. I appreciated the availability after work hours obviously; it’s really hard to find a stylist around my crazy work hours so this was a walk-in. My kid caught their hair on fire over the holidays, so there was damage to fix before school resumed and he did a deep conditioning treatment like I’d wanted even though it took extra time. He definitely won my kid over, and it’s their haircut, so I’m satisfied.“
