About Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - St. Robert
Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - St. Robert is a basic family medical clinic that offers services for common illnesses like colds and the flu. It's important to note that this is not an emergency room and cannot handle emergencies. Walk-in hours may vary due to wait times and provider availability. The clinic operates on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-ins. Patients have reported a smooth appointment booking and check-in process, and some have praised the efficiency of the walk-in service.
I have nothing but good things to say about Mercy Walk In. I've been coming to Mercy for 10+ years. When coming to the walk-in, I am fully aware that there may be an extended wait time. Could I go to Waynesville to Phelps walk-in? Sure. But I am okay with the wait for the level of care I will receive. If you aren't, then go to another clinic to be seen. It's quite simple. If everyone didn't use the the walk-in as their primary care doctor/work note dealer, then the waits wouldn't be as long.
I am dumbfounded with how many reviews state they came and the walk-in closed earlier than their posted hours. They aren't a retail store. They CLOSE/LEAVE at 6. Not the last...read full review
Been here about 5 times with my two kids due to sicknesses when I couldn’t get seen on base. All the providers and medical assistants are really nice. Dr Sandy Dempsey is amazing. I try to get there when they open and wait less than 15 minutes each time. If you come later in the day there will be a wait; that’s expected.
I am in town from out of state for my so son’s graduation at Fort Leonard Wood and his daughter got an ear infection so we came here. They were very helpful and friendly. They also were very quick in seeing her. A pharmacy is next door and they were also so very helpful and friendly. I appreciate all the folks efforts to help us especially being from out of town.
