Bill Berry, the owner and Project manager, Randall were very responsive and took care of the roof, gutters, siding, doors and windows project with a rather difficult insurance company but they got it all done and the finished product is great. “My roof, gutter system, window frames and main bedroom closet ceiling and wall (due to roof damage) were damaged by the storm in May 2025. Payton Hoker (a real sweetheart) held my hand through the entire process, especially the delays from unforeseen circumstances. He stayed on top of everything and made sure I understood what was going on and that I was okay. He fought for me with the insurance company and not only reached out to them when I wasn’t getting a response but got the matter satisfactorily resolved!!! All the work done was outstanding. “Our home is 3,200 sq ft. The guys finished the job in 1day. After the job on the roof they spent at least 30-45 minutes cleaning up around the entire perimeter of the house.

The work done was excellent and I was very pleased. I had 2 questions the next day during my own inspection. I posed these question to the project manager Jason.

He and another lead guy came out that morning and easily answered the questions.
One got on the roof and checked the entire job.

I found this company to be very proficient and professional and would recommend them and use them again.

“They recently replaced my roof. Did a wonderful job. Daniel was great to work with. He would text or email with anything I wanted to know. The workmen covered and protected everything around the outside of the house and cleaned up really well after they were done. Roof looks great.“

“This company is excellent top to bottom. We had our roof replaced on our 2 story with multiple gables, they did a fantastic job.
My wife has extensive landscape surrounding the entire home and we have gutter guards that I was concerned about. Upon completion, you could not tell we just underwent a construction project. They used netting on bushes and tarps where it made sense around the entire home, gutter guards are in tact and secured. Could not find one piece of trash or nail after completion, very professional. Jeff communicated with me throughout the entire process, also caring for the HOA and insurance company requested information and action items. Jeff took care of a proprietary boot replacement as well for our radon system supporting the PVC pipe thru the roof, it was cosmetically better looking afterwards.
I hear from friends about company complaints, issues and or poor work ethic of personnel, can't say enough about R-Krew and recommend them highly.
