Patients report very nice experiences, including the ability to walk in and be seen quickly. The clinic has provided caring service for families for many years, with patients feeling they have someone they can trust. Both the providers and the staff are great, leaving patients very pleased and satisfied with their care.

I’m disappointed to leave a negative review, but this has been a genuinely poor experience.
I went to the ER and needed a time-sensitive follow-up with a primary care provider. I chose this office as a new patient and initially had a good visit—Dr. Casteel was kind and helpful. However, I was very ill at the time, unable to eat and experiencing what felt like allergic-type reactions to food. I was also started on a new antidepressant that required follow-up.
I scheduled my follow-up and coordinated time off work. That appointment was rescheduled once due to the provider being out of office. I understood and adjusted my schedule.
