“The staff at the St. James VA Clinic are consistently helpful, respectful, professional, and compassionate. From the front desk to the medical teams, everyone works hard to make veterans feel heard and cared for. What many people may not realize is how much these employees handle every single day. Providers often manage well over 1,000 patients each, nurses triage an enormous amount patient concerns and they work hard behind the scenes to coordinate and keep everything running smoothly and support both patients and providers. The front desk staff frequently take the brunt of frustrations while still remaining patient and courteous.
Despite the workload, the quality of care and dedication throughout the clinic truly stand out. Behavioral Health has been outstanding and incredibly supportive, Audiology has been thorough and attentive, and the Telehealth services make access to care much easier for veterans. Overall, this clinic is filled with hardworking people doing their absolute best for veterans every day, and they deserve recognition and appreciation from Columbia leadership for it.”
“My daughter was very nervous coming into the dentist office an when Dr.Brown an her wonderful assistant Taylor talked to her told yer what they were going to do she calmed down. Absolutely wonderful place.. the Pedo teams are great! Highly recommend for your kiddos!!”
